Shipping, Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Terms of Service

Belarus, Russia and Ukraine

Due to the current situation in Ukraine, all inbound shipments to Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine have been temporarily suspended. We are unable to send shipments to these countries effective immediately.

Packages already in our distribution centers destined for these countries will be returned to us. Any subsequent shipments received will also be returned.

We are closely monitoring the situation and hope to resume shipments soon. If you have any questions or require assistance, please reach out to orders@sacredbonesrecords.com

Delivery Time

Please note most orders take 2-5 business days to process before actually leaving our warehouse. If we do not have an item in stock, a refund will be issued. You may receive a shipping notification before your order actually leaves our warehouse, because this message is sent automatically as soon as a shipping label is created.

Pre-ordered items ship slightly before or on their release dates. If you are ordering other items along with a pre-order, all items will ship together.

A Note About USPS Shipping

USPS does NOT guarantee the delivery times for any service they offer (including Priority). The USPS does estimate typical delivery times of 2 – 8 business days for Media Mail, and most orders shipped with this service do arrive close to that window. However, we have seen many instances where we give USPS packages to the local post office here in Brooklyn, NY, and do not see the first scan on the package for up to 2 weeks. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, we discourage you from choosing Media Mail or First Class service to ship your order. For faster transit times, you can select Priority Mail.

Please allow two weeks before contacting us for US orders, and 4 weeks for international orders. There are a number of factors that contribute to transit times, most of which are out of our control once an order is given to the carrier.

If the order has still not been received 30 days after it was shipped a replacement or refund can be issued. All packages are eligible for claim up to 75 days from when the package was shipped.

If an item is returned to sender postage fees may be required for reshipping.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping with Royal Mail, Ascendia, USPS First Class or USPS Priority. Packages are handed off to your local postal carrier. Shipping rates depend on weight and location. Our site will calculate that when you check out. International Shipping can take up to 2-4 weeks to deliver.

We expect that your order will arrive within the below time period

UK orders: 3 - 7 days
European orders: 10+ days (this is dependent on local carrier/customs)
ROW orders (ex. EU): 14+ days (this is dependent on local carrier/customs)

Occasionally, international shipments are subject to customs fees. As we are unable to anticipate these charges, our shipping costs do not take them into account. As a result, the customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt. Thanks for understanding.

Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests for return will be honored up to 30 days from receipt of damaged item. If you receive an item that has one of these issues, or you are missing merchandise, please email orders@sacredbonesrecords.com. Some issues may require photo verification. Damaged sleeves will get a replacement sleeve and damaged vinyl will get a replacement vinyl.
